Changes in the business environment surrounding our company are becoming more and more intense each year, and the changes are expected to be accelerated by the effect of this new coronavirus pandemic. Under such circumstances, our company, being in charge of the chemical product business of the Kumiai Chemical Group, adheres to our management philosophy of “Contributing to the creation of a prosperous society through science that responds to customer needs and is in harmony with nature.” Based on this philosophy, we have provided products that form the basis of the social infrastructure by operating three main businesses: fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, and biotechnology products.
We shall respond appropriate to the drastic changes in the business environment, continue to manufacture excellent products to meet the needs of the times, and to continue to grow as a company useful to the world. Towards these ends, we are working groupwide to provide products and services that would satisfy our customers.

Currently, we maintain and operate ISO standards of quality(ISO9001), environmental(ISO14001) and medical devices(ISO13485). We are working on active promotion of not only quality assurance and environmental measures, but also of health/safety and disaster measures. In addition, we are also actively engaged in activities directed towards realization of sustainable development goals (SDGs) centered on the environment. We will continue to work together, by bringing executives and employees together as a team, in the hope of contributing to the creation of a society where people can expect quality living.
